This was such a fun cake to bake! If you love chocolate, this is a chocolate lover’s cake! Each layer has a smear of chocolate ganache with a velvety chocolate icing on the outside. The center of each layer was cut out to fill with mini chocolate malt balls. They will fall out as the cake is sliced. It will be a fun surprise! The purple around the base is coconut dyed with purple gel, and festive jelly beans are placed around the cake. The topping is purple coconut, chocolate malt balls, and a chocolate bunny.
